When you have an idea about an item or place, please file an idea
report using the 'idea' command.

You can do 'idea ' where item can refer to anything in your inventory
or environment. Also, you can do 'idea me' to report ideas relating to your
character, and 'idea here' or just 'idea' to send an idea report about the
room you are in.

idea will start an editor, allowing you to describe the idea.
